Two-level routing maps every user to the right site, library and folder automatically — with hard-block validation.

Level 1 — Department Site Mapping
LiveAdmin maps each department code to its target SharePoint site URL.
Level 2 — Creation Rules
LivePer doc-type and dept-scope rules specifying target library, folder path and (eventually) workflow.
Runtime Resolver
LiveOn Create/Upload, resolves the user's Azure AD department → site (L1) → rule (L2), routing them to the correct library/folder.
Hard-Block Validator
LiveValidates the selected location against the matching rule. Shows a “Take me there” deep-link on mismatch.
Folder Document-Type Restrictions
LiveRestrict folders to accept only certain doc types. Creation Rules respect these (save-time conflict detection).
Special / Normal Doc-Type Enforcement
LiveTaxonomy marks doc types Special (per dept or global); Special types are visible/creatable only by dms_admin.
Workflow Assignment per Rule (5.6)
LiveAdmin assigns a specific workflow to each Level 2 creation rule.

What features does Atronova DMS include?
Atronova DMS covers six areas: document core, workflows and approvals, records and compliance, cases, ingestion and integrations, and admin and governance. Every feature is live today — nothing on this site is a roadmap promise.
Can I control who can see and use each feature?
Yes. Twelve granular roles scope every feature and admin tab, so people only see what their job needs. Admins manage it all from one governance console.
How does document capture and OCR work?
Drop in PDFs, Office files and scans up to 50MB each, and Atronova reads, indexes, OCRs and versions them on arrival. That means even scanned documents become full-text searchable straight away.
Can Atronova DMS connect to our other systems?
Yes. It ingests documents through HMAC-secured pipelines, email routing, file servers and Microsoft Graph, and looks up data from HRMS and ERP systems for case work — so it fits the tools you already run.
