Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Atron Tech Consultants LLP, which operates atronova.com under the Atronova brand (“Atronova”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit the site or get in touch with us. We act as the data controller — and, under India’s data-protection law, the data fiduciary — for the information described here.
1. Information we collect
We only collect what we need:
- Information you give us. When you use our contact or demo form, we collect your first and last name, work email, phone number, country, the product or service you’re interested in, and any message you send.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, for security and to keep the site running.
- Communications. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of our discussions.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange demos or calls.
- To provide, scope and deliver the services or product you ask about.
- To keep the website secure, reliable and working correctly.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Legal bases for processing
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Consent — when you choose to contact us through the form.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, run our business and keep our systems secure, in a way that doesn’t override your rights.
- Contract — to take steps at your request before entering into, or while performing, an agreement with you.
- Legal obligation — where the law requires us to keep records.
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your personal data mainly on the basis of the consent you give us, and for the legitimate uses that Act permits.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers to fetch them; Google may process your IP address for that purpose. We don’t set tracking cookies of our own. If we add analytics in future, we’ll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate, under appropriate data-protection terms:
- Hostinger — website hosting and server logs.
- Microsoft 365 — email delivery and storage of enquiries sent to us.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we’re legally required to disclose information.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as the provider’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism — to keep your data protected.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record — typically up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or for an ongoing engagement. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask us to delete your data;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, email demo@atronova.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you similar rights — including to access, correct and erase your data, to nominate someone to exercise your rights on your behalf, and to raise a grievance with us. If we don’t resolve it, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Security
We use HTTPS across the site and rely on reputable providers with their own security controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Children
This website is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
12. Contact us
